Many organizations believe that they need a whole new VoIP system just to get unified communications. Objectworld UC Server Standard Edition makes unified communications widely available as Windows-based software that easily integrates with most mainstream PBX systems — no need for a new PBX system, no need for new phones, no need for VoIP. No other company in the unified communications market can meet customers’ challenges as flexibly as Objectworld UC Server.

Objectworld UC Server enables businesses to add unified messaging, unified communications, fax server and more to an existing PBX system (Objectworld UC Server Standard Edition) or to deploy an end-to-end software solution that includes VoIP, UC and CEBP (Objectworld UC Server SIP Edition). Objectworld UC Server Standard Edition integrates with a very wide range of PBX systems from AVAYA®, Mitel®, Nortel®, Cisco®, NEC®, Siemens, Alcatel and other vendors. The solutions provides unified messaging, fax server, tele-conferencing, tele-worker, find me follow me services, auto-attendants, notification services, and much more —all in one cost-effective, integrated solution administered and managed through Active Directory.

Objectworld has a 9 year relationship with Avaya as a Dev Connect Partner. More recently as an Alpha site for testing new product (one of three companies in the world for this designation). Prior to the delivery of Modular Messaging, Objectworld was the choice for Unified Messaging/Unified Communications to the SMB and enterprise systems for Avaya. Today, Avaya integration makes up more the 60% of Objectworld total sales.

The Objectworld Unified Communications (UC) Server, is a Microsoft based single server application that operates in three primary modes.

  • Standalone SIP PBX.
  • An adjunct to any existing PBX, providing, VOIP, unified messaging/unified communications, fax server, and
  • Communications Enabled Business Process (CEBP) which includes:
    1. Back office integration
    2. Paging solution (PDF Attached)
    3. Event/parent notification (PDF Attached)

We can take old legacy PBX’s and enable them with VOIP allowing them to communicate via 4 digit dialling with other “unlike” systems. Our computer interface, allows users to manage their telephone from their pc. Users can choose when, where and on what device they will be contacted. They can create and store unlimited voicemail announcements, forward calls, email notification and transfer calls - all by point and click. Our unified messaging brings faxes and voice messages to your inbox, allowing you to forward or store these messages. The administrator can manage telephony via Active Directory (does not change the schema) as you would any IT function. Our IVR (CEBP) gives you the ability to create Auto Attendant(s) that allow clients to call in and access any ODBC compliant database as well as outbound dialling campaigns. This IVR is a “rapid develop” product that is alone in the market for its ease of creation and flexibility. We support phantom mailboxes, multiple message stores and many other features that our competition cannot provide.
